… These were my late father’s; he got them from/through Shane’s (then) father-in-law (who was a friend of his, with both living in the Keokuk, IA area)… That is all I know.
* Shane played for the
Royals
(1997–1998),
New York Mets
(1999),
Tigers
(2000–2003), and
Anaheim Angels
(2004).
On October 1, 2000, he became
one of only a half dozen MLB players to ever
play all nine positions
in a single game.
