Alaska: Small Gold-filled Roped Locket w/ Nuggets, Eldorado Gold Mine, Fairbanks

This listing is for a small gold-filled fancy roped locket from Fairbanks, Alaska that contains gold nuggets/flakes.  It is 1/2 inch in diameter and in pre-owned, excellent condition.  The locket was found in a re-purposed film canister with a sticker label and an address in Fairbanks.  This address currently belongs to Riverboat Discovery, a tourism company that provides river cruises around Fairbanks and continues to offer panning for gold from the “…rich pay dirt of the Eldorado Gold Mine”.  Once you’ve panned your gold, you can have it placed in a locket as is offered here.  When weighed the locket did not register on my scale so it weighs less than 1 gram.
